We provide pre-payment meter services to over 2 million domestic gas customers in the UK. The service called Quantum is provided on behalf of gas suppliers. Each year, we process over 100 million transactions. And, each week, we handle transactions worth over £10 million and issue over 20,000 gas smart cards and ID cards. We also provide and install pre-payment electricity meters and services.
Contact your energy supplier. If asked to do so by your gas or electricity supplier, we'll fit a pre-payment meter and issue you with a pre-payment card. This enables you to "pay as you go" and add credit to your meter when you want to.

Our pre-payment meters are easy to use. You can top up your credit at post offices and shops across the country. Once you've "topped up" your card, simply slot it into the meter to download the credit onto the meter
You don't need to keep the card in the meter once you've topped it up. Keep your card somewhere safe where you can find it easily when you need it.
